What are the annual POA dues and where do I send my check?

Single lot dues are currently $715/yr and multiple lot dues are $1430/yr (2 or more lots). Dues are payable by 12/31 of each year.

Homeowner assessment statements are mailed out by December 1 and due January 1 of the New Year. Below is a summary of available payment methods. This information is also available at the Diamond Mgt section of the WaterStone member POA website.

You will also find information about activating and logging into your Diamond account where you can access your personal account information and elect to receive your statement by email if you choose.

Payment Methods for the Annual Homeowner Assessment

Association Bank Lockbox – Preferred Method

Check by mail – Checks and Bill Pay are made payable to: Waterstone on the Guadalupe POA c/o DAMC Processing Center, P.O. Box 94285, Las Vegas, NV 89193-4285

Bill Pay from your personal bank, (Recommended)

*Include Lock Box Scan Code Coupon located at the bottom of your Account Statement when mailing your payment. Not needed when using your bank’s Bill Pay Service*

Diamond’s web portal offers the capability to access personal account information, elect to receive statements by email and to make payments online. Detailed instructions on activating and logging into your DAMC account are available at the Diamond Mgt section of the WaterStone Member POA website.

  • Credit and Debit– Charges 3.5% fee of transaction amount and a $3.95 convenience fee
  • E-check, using your banking account and routing number, only charges a $3.95 flat fee.
  • There is no fee for electing to receive your statement by email.
